Ingredients
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp milk
2 tsp sugar
6 oz low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/4 c granola with raisins
Procedure
In a small bowl, stir together pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, milk and sugar.
In small bowls or ramekins, layer the pumplin mixture and yogurt. Sprinkle with granola.
Chef's Suggession: Layer in a parfait glass for a fun visual treat!
