6 cups raw shredded Coconut
1 cup raw Cacao Powder
1 cup Agave Nectar
12 drops Almond Extract
Blend coconut to a thick buttery consistency (this may take a bit of time depending on your food processor; be patient to achieve the correct consistency - it's worth it!).
Add remaining ingredients and blend to mix thoroughly (it will eventually form into a large ball in the blender or food processor).
Spread out into a glass pan. Sprinkle top with shredded coconut to desired amount. Refrigerate for several hours (or overnight) and cut into chunks. Quick, simple and Delicious!
Variation: Substitute Peppermint Oil for the Almond Extract for a Chocolate Mint Fudge.
Note: Can also fold in chopped nuts of choice if desired.
